Collection and Processing of Personal Data

We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the TimeLog application and its features.

What data is collected?

• Account data: email address, name, password (encrypted), language preference
• Time tracking data: working hours, timers, project references
• Project data: project names, categories, billing information
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system (in server logs)

Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for providing time tracking features, user management and billing. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies and Session Management

TimeLog uses only technically necessary cookies for session management (session cookie) and authentication (CSRF token). No tracking or analytics cookies are used.

Encryption

Your data is transmitted via SSL/TLS encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored exclusively as cryptographic hashes.

Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your user account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, unless legal retention periods require otherwise.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data is not shared with third parties. No external analytics tools, advertising networks or social media plugins are used. The application does not use services from Google, Facebook or similar providers.
